There is no Google toolbar for Google Chrome in the near future

According to a posting from a google employee in the official forum for google toolbar the development of the google toolbar for google chrome is only "being considered" as a posibility.

This is a shame because this limits many power users from using google chrome, since it is just more conveniento to use Firefox with the google toolbar than having to do everything manually if you try to use google chrome

My friend and I were recently discussing about how modern society has evolved to become so integrated with technology. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.


I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as memory becomes cheaper, the possibility of uploading our brains onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's one of the things I really wish I could encounter in my lifetime.
