Despite knowing better than to trust a PR person (and Steve Rubel is the most PR person you can have) I find that in the middle of this noisy article, noisy because it makes as it usually happens in the blogosphere much ado about nothing.
But I'm linking to it because at the end of the rant there are some very practical ways to keep track of your company.
Perhaps I should do it for one of my ex employers that seems to eb in the new way too much.
